Principal, Certified General Appraiser
With nearly 20 years of experience, Jenna McCarty's tenure is built on a strong foundation of valuation expertise with both local and global, institutional knowledge. She previously oversaw the valuation of Nuveen Natural Capital's assets, the world's largest agricultural and timber portfolio. Her extensive experience and knowledge of land use and complex water rights has allowed her to work for a wide variety of clients, including notable attorneys, estates, and municipalities. Her areas of expertise include agriculture, including commercial agriculture and special-use facilities; transitional land; trophy ranches; water rights; and, appraisal review.
Jenna is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming; she holds both the coveted Accredited Rural Appraiser ("ARA") and Real Property Review Appraiser ("RPRA") designations issued by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers ("ASFMRA"), as well as the Right of Way Appraisal Certification ("R/W-AC") from the International Right of Way Association ("IRWA").
She loves time on the water, a patio on a sunny day, travel, live music, and her son, Cal.
